Kalki’s focus in his current role at Salesforce is on managing the go-to market services business in India and offering strategic leadership guidance in cloud computing and customer relationship strategy and implementation. His consulting domain experience spans across various verticals including Medical Devices & Life Sciences, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecommunications and Manufacturing.
He has built teams of architects, CRM consultants & centers of CRM delivery excellence across companies such as Sonata Software, Infosys, Accenture& GE prior to his current role with Salesforce.
He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jalandhar & a PGDM in Systems & Marketing from SIMS Pune.
