Our next speaker for the event is one from the Salesforce Ohana in Japan. Shun Kosaka is a Salesforce developer, consultant and architect in Accenture Japan. Over the years, he has remained committed to business transformation for clients in various industries by Salesforce. He is eager to learn and is addicted to Trailhead.
He was awarded “Trailhead of the year” in Partner Award 2018 & 2017, and is now 17x certified. His expertise includes Service Cloud, call center integration, and general enterprise integration.
He is also co-host of Service Cloud trailblazers group and Salesforce Saturday. He is willing to help other Salesforce users/admins/devs and answer questions from them in both online and offline trailblazer community groups.
